You can begin a new journey toward a more positive path for yourself – one that’s filled with growth, acceptance, and empowerment.
As a therapist trained in specialized techniques, my goal is to help you explore ways to heal from the difficult situations you have experienced. Be assured that you will be in a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging environment, where the focus will be on you alone – there is no one-size-fits-all way of doing things here, and your individual needs to achieve your goals are addressed.
I approach therapy in a direct and comprehensive way. I explore your strengths, support your choices and life experiences. I also provide different perspectives to help you progress in your healing. I enjoy holistic approaches and offer alternative treatments to psychiatric medications when appropriate.
Unsure of what your next steps are? I provide free 15- minute consultations to help get you on the right path, even if its with another therapist or treatment.
